When to Contact Us
If you receive a damaged item, wrong item, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID, product photos, package photos, and an unpacking video if available.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging where possible. Customized bundles, used products, damaged-by-customer products, and items without reasonable proof may not be eligible.
Resolution
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the issue and product availability. Shipping cost handling depends on the case.
